30-Day Return Policy
You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery, with proof of purchase.
Exceptions - We cannot accept returns of:
1. Products that have been used
2. Products that are not in the original condition and packaging
3. Products or packages damaged without any proof from local logistics
4. Any item or style not listed on our website
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
1. Products that have been unpacked;
2. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
3. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery;
4. Any item customized as requested;
5. Any malicious or wrong orders owing to clients' action or faults;
6. Any item in proper shipping time;
To return a purchase, please follow the directions below:
1. To start a return, you need to contact us at support@thedressfeel.com.
2. Once your request has been approved, our customer service will offer you the return address (not the location address or the parcel address).
3. Please send the item back to the return address as soon as possible and then send us the tracking number.
4. Items received unused, undamaged, and in original package. All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned.
5. We reserve the right not to process the refund if your request not be approved or items returned in unacceptable condition.
6. Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been returned and inspected. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In addition, the declared value of products must be less than 100USD when you mail them through Post because we will not bear any possible tax fee.
7. If returned products arrived damaged or used we will not be able to provide a refund. For this reason, we strongly advise you to use an insured, traceable shipping method to return items.
8. In addition, if the returned products are not packed in the original packaging, we may charge you a replenishment fee.
Can I exchange items?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How refunds work?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It usually takes 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.
